Rest assured, our team is diligent with following up with our clients. We follow up with you at the 2 week mark in our clinical setting, virtually, or over the phone. We provide you with a 24-hour phone line in case there are any unforeseen circumstances to guide you. You will have opportunity to provide us with feedback openly. Will provide all clients with our business cards and phone numbers in case of complications or emergency and be readily available to provide medical support at our local partnering clinic.
Your appointment time is reserved and a missed appointment or late cancellation impacts our trusted team member’s schedule. Our experts prepare before you arrive. We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, ensure it is outside of 24 hours before the appointment time. We have a standard $50 cancellation fee if we do not receive 24 hours notice.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your initial visit to fill out intake forms and take before photos. If we are having a full on event, we advise you come even earlier to enjoy the perks and special offers!
